Those of you that tuned into my blog on Christmas might have noticed that a little sumpin'-sumpin' was missing from my post - like maybe a project? Despite the fact that our last challenge was mandatory, I simply wasn't able to get a project made/posted in time. . .:( I gave Jodie, Tammy, and the entire Bugaboo Stamps DT permission to open up a can of whoop ass. I might even stand still for it. . .;)
Now that that's outta the way, it's time to turn our attention to Bugaboo Stamps' new release, Winter Birds - or as I like to refer to it, Winter Brrr-irds. . .;) Get it? 'Cause he's like cold? ;) Baby, it is indeed cold outside right now! But we'll be getting back into the 70's by Thursday here in Austin, TX - Thank the Good Lord. . .;)
I don't participate in swaps as much as I used to on SCS because they're so incredibly resource- and time-intensive, and because I prefer the challenge of creating exceptional, one-of-a-kind cards for Bugaboo Stamps. But, a fellow HO put out a call for Christmas cards and I had no choice to strap on my stilettos and work that corner. . .;)

I'm so unhappy with this card. . .:( I finally dragged myself out of both my pajamas and my house this weekend to go to Archiver's for some "monkey" paper and this was the best that I could do with it?!?!? Let's hope that Santa Claus puts some mojo in my stocking on Christmas Eve. . .;)
I may be a bit off of the Christmas base with this card, but after addressing over a hundred of them I felt the need to rebel. Besides, a little revolution now and then is a good thing, don't you think? ;)

Yeah, I know that's kind of an odd question so start a challenge, but since I laid awake last night (because it was too late to take Ambien) pondering this bleak, violent, non-linear, LSD trip, I thought I'd pass it on. . .;)

If not, there's still hope. . .I'd be willing to give it to anyone who'd walk three blocks west of my office (down 15th street. . .farther. . .farther. . .past the State Capitol) and get me a Starbucks vente chai latte (whole milk, no water) because it's still freakin' freezing here!!! ;)
No time to chit-chat today. . .It's 34 degrees here in Austin, TX and I'm freezing my little bunny foo-foo off! I'm trying to find a co-worker that will go Starbucks so I don't have to. I've offered sexual favors, but I haven't had any takers yet. I'm beginning to wonder if that's a comment on my favors or the cold. . .;)
It's New Release Tuesday with Bugaboo Stamps and Catch the Bug, and I keep telling Stocking Santa below that I'm trying to be good. . .;)

Among the multitude of things that men simply don't understand is the female ritual of bathing - wine, scented candles, music (I'm partial to something sexy, i.e. Marvin Gaye.), and a full range of products to buff, puff, scrub, wax, exfoliate, smooth, and moisturize. . .{sigh!}
It was late and I was already in my pajamas when I remembered that I had to make this card. I finished it, but there wasn't any more sunlight left in my driveway for me to take a photograph. But a-ha, there was still a bit of sunlight left in my neighbor's driveway, and he wasn't home.
"Do I dare?" I ask myself, which was a really stupid question because of course I did. So, I sprinted across the yard, braless and barefoot no less, to take a photograph of my card. I'll give you three guesses who drove up as I was bent completely over. I shrieked, "Don't get out of your car!" and sprinted back the way I came. Needless to say, I could hear his laughter all the way back.
With all the difficulty that this weekend's traveling and shopping entailed, how nice it was that today's challenge at The Crafty Hos is as easy as we are. . .;)
There's a reason that I'm not in the habit of using non-neutral colored card stock for my images. . .;) But, I have to say that I'm pretty happy with this one (Gimme a second to pat myself on the back. . .;). On the other hand, I suppose it's possible that I've simply been blinded by all that bling-bling. . .;)

You have to wonder about the intelligence of someone who 1) despises ABCs and 2) makes the Bugaboo Stamps DT schedules, but 3) apparently lacks the ability not to assign herself one two months in a row. . .;)

Isn't Eggbert the cutest little blobbity-blob-blob-blob that you've ever seen? By the name "Egg"bert, it'd be only natural to assume that he's well, an egg. However, he looks kinda round to me, not ovate. Perhaps we should have called him Snowball or Ball Boy? Unfortunately, no one at Bugaboo Stamps listens to me. That's probably for the best. . .;)

Bugaboo Stamps had only one aviation-type image and I'd already posted a project with it here. And, since I didn't have a single aviation-type image/stamp from another comany I had to Google "plane coloring page." Luckily for me, I was able to find something super-duper cute. . .:D
