Bugaboo Stamps: Kid Toppers | Wavy Hair Girl

This is me missing my husband Lance. Not that I'm going to pack up and head home early or anything - I'm having waaaaay too much fun at the HPC - But, I do miss him. . .;)

Even though half of the DT is here at the HPC, that doesn't mean that today's still not Freebie Friday with Bugaboo Stamps on our challenge blog, Catch the Bug. Think of all the cute package toppers that you (not me, because ABaC's give me a rash) can make with this freebie image! While you're at it, why don't you make some additional treat bags (and mail them to me at. . .;) with all of the rest of the images in the set also?

PS. Trimming her hair was some SERIOUS business. . .EEK!!!

Bugaboo Stamps: Beach Monkey | Towel

HEE-HEE. . .Isn't he the cheekiest little monkey? I just love his belly button! Although, he's kinda reddish-orange. . .hmm. . ..he might be an orangutan instead of a monkey, but I digress.

Heaven's a beach. . .no doubt about it. . .;)

By the time you read this post I'll be on the tarmac waiting for my flight to take off. I'm headed to Raleigh, NC for the third annual HPC (Hos & Pimps Convention). . .WAHOO!!! Y'all know that I'm on the DT for The Crafty Hos and that I'm a member of Team Ho, but this is the granddaddy event of them all - Three days of shopping, laughing, drinking, and crafting. Go plane! Go plane!! Go plane!!!

Bugaboo Stamps: Sassy Gals | Christmas

VIVA ESPANA!!!

Y'all didn't really think that I was going to start my post today without mentioning La Furia Roja did ya'll? ;)

I had to make a list and check it twice to ensure that this wasn't a post for The Crafty Hos. Talk about your sugar & spice, naughty & nice images - How can you not love Bugaboo Stamps' new Sassy Gals images?!?!?

From Skelekinz to Ruby Chocolate to Giraffe Blocks to Molly Moo to Jacobean Birds to Sassy Gals - I think that there's been at least half-a-dozen new releases where I've said, "No, these are my favorite images." I should really tone down that hyperbolic tendency of mine since I'm always being called on it. . .;) Anyway, do yourself a favor and swing by Bugaboo Stamps' challenge blog, Catch the Bug, to see the fan-freakin-tastic projects that the rest of the DT has created for this week's New Release Tuesday.

The Crafty Hos: Black, White, & (______)

It's the right time and the right place (and my blood is pumping waiting for Spain to CRUSH The Netherlands in The World Cup finals!!!) for another challenge with The Crafty Hos!

Nothing says elegance, sophistication, and modernity like black & white. But since we're hos we've got to give our own little spin on the missionary position of color combinations. So, c'mon. . .We dare you to leave the lights on this time and add a splash of color to your card. . .;)

And speaking of hos, I simply have to give a shout-out to Roberta (AKA Retro Ho) for not just making my day, but my freakin' month with her absolutely fabulous gift! She's classy, she's creative, and she's oh so cool!

What makes her gift just that much more special (besides the fact that it's handmade), is that she took such care to attach charms that represent who I am. . .a Christian hippie cowgirl from Texas who loves the beach, pina coladas, her puppy Poppy, the color pink, pedicures, and making cards. If she'd have added a Kindle and a phallic symbol (for my husband Lance, of course), she'd be my biographer. . .;)

Again, my sincerest thanks Retro! You're such an intelligent, witty, and fun gal AND you have great taste in jewelery and friends. . .;) We'll  (I'll especially) miss you at the HPC this coming weekend. . .:(
